The fees you pay us consist of embassy fees and admin fees. Embassy fees are those paid to the embassy to consider your application. Admin fees are our fees, and they cover the following services:

• eVisa - issued electronically, via email. In most instances this involves filling out your application forms, making sure that all supporting documentation is correct, submitting the forms on your behalf, and ensuring the details on the eVisa are correct before we email it back to you. We also send you specific information for your eVisa such as how long it’s valid for, and how to actually use it to enter the country!

• Visa – physically placed into your passport. You will get access to our useful how-to guides which explain in detail how to fill out the application forms and which documents you need to send to us along with your passport. Once we receive your passport and paperwork, we go through it with a fine-tooth comb to check for any mistakes or missing documents. Once we’re satisfied that everything is in order, one of our team members will take your application to the embassy for submission. Once your visa has been approved, we collect your passport from the embassy, make sure the visa details are correct, and post it back to you.
